A legacy of innovation in power infrastructure technology

Our History

In the early 2010s, our founders—engineers with decades of experience in power systems and manufacturing—recognized a critical gap in the market. While data centers, EV charging networks, and renewable energy projects were exploding in growth, the electrical infrastructure needed to power them remained stuck in century-old paradigms.

Traditional power distribution required months of on-site construction, dozens of contractors, complex coordination, and unpredictable timelines. Project delays due to electrical infrastructure were costing developers millions and slowing the adoption of critical technologies.

Our breakthrough came from asking a different question: What if power infrastructure could be manufactured rather than constructed? What if we applied lean manufacturing principles to electrical systems traditionally built on-site?

The result was the Integrated Power Module—a factory-assembled system containing all medium-voltage equipment, transformers, switchgear, and distribution components in a single, tested, plug-and-play unit. What used to take 12-18 months of construction could now be installed in a single day.

Since our first commercial deployment in 2015, we’ve installed over 1,000 integrated power modules across North America, powering everything from highway EV charging stations to hyperscale data centers. We’ve proven that power infrastructure can be as modular, scalable, and rapidly deployable as the IT and transportation systems it serves.
